excellent professionalism attentive staff musty smell uncomfortable pillows
The staff displayed excellent professionalism and attentiveness . I received a complimentary upgrade to a more private room.
I found a musty smell in the room, which I think came from the humidity. I also felt the pillows were not very comfortable.

Solid choice for an extended trip
central location spacious room daily water
The location is near Al Ghubaiba bus station. It is also a walkable distance to the Sharaf metro station. My room featured a dining table with four chairs and a spacious layout. The hotel provides complimentary water bottles and tea bags daily.
The streets around the hotel felt a bit run-down, especially at night. I noticed some dark areas with groups of people, so I had to plan my routes back to the hotel.

unsafe street long wait
The hotel staff was helpful and always available.
The street surrounding the hotel felt unsafe and old. There was too much noise and traffic. I also waited over 20 minutes for check-in. That was excessive.
